This engagement is focused on increasing corn, soybean and wheat production and quality. The scope of work includes 5 year financial modeling, crop rotation, tillage equipment selection, tillage timing, seed genetic selection, seed treatments, seeding rates, soil sampling, PH correction, Fertility rates and timing, chemistry selection, harvesting equipment recommendations and harvest timing.
Feed Mill
This engagement includes multiple feed mills The scope of work includes review of the following current operating capacities, standard operating procedures, inventory control, particle sizing, pelleting quality and specifications, inbound ingredient quality. This engagement also tracks animal closeouts and impact of feed quality on animal growth efficiency.
Agronomy
Development of farming operation. The crop grown were corn, wheat, soybeans, potatoes. The project was to increase production of all crops using a combination of enhanced genetics, fertility, soil health techniques.
MEXICO
Agronomy
The scope of work related to this project was to design a greenfield base farm. The base farm project included farming equipment selection, on farm storage for bulk grain as well as genetic seed storage, fertilizer storage and related application equipment selection. This project was for a continuous cropping system. The area allowed for major and minor season production. A full enterprise financial model was created for this project.
Commercial Grain Receiving and Shipping Facility
This project was to design a greenfield commercial grain facility. The facility would receive multiple grains for storage and shipping. The facility was to be high speed receiving. The shipping activities included by both truck and rail. Financial modeling part of the scope of work for this project.
Oil Seed Processing Facility
The project was focused upon the development of a multi feedstock processing facility. This was a greenfield project. The scope of worked included financial modeling of project, process equipment vendor selection, contractor selection, receiving and grain storage and site layout.
Bio-Diesel Facility
The project consisted of financial modeling, raw ingredients availability, process equipment vendor selection, site development and layout
Feed Mill
The project included the development of a greenfield site. The scope of work included general contractor selection, process equipment selection, grain and ingredient receiving and storage, site layout.
GHANA

PHILIPPINES
Commodity Sourcing and Importing
This project included sourcing feed ingredients for importing into the country. Products included Soybean meal, corn, and DDG’s. We worked directly with an in-country user to create new supply chain opportunities and preform price discovery.
